SEO Gladiators S.r.l. provides exclusively digital services. No physical products, hardware, print materials, or in-person services are included in any engagement. All deliverables — reports, audits, strategy documents, content, links, dashboard access, and communications — are delivered digitally via email, shared document links, or agreed project management tools.
Because services are delivered digitally, there are no shipping costs, import duties, or physical delivery timelines associated with any purchase from SEO Gladiators.
Monthly retainer plans (Legionary, Centurion, General):
Following payment, the engagement begins with an onboarding email sent within one business day containing access request instructions. The audit call is scheduled within two business days of the Client granting Search Console access. The Battle Plan document is delivered in week two of the engagement. Ongoing monthly deliverables — links, content, campaign updates, and reports — are delivered throughout each billing month, with the written monthly report delivered on the 5th of the following month.
Arena SEO audit (one-time):
Initial access request sent within one business day of purchase. Audit crawl and data collection begins within three business days of access being granted. Full audit report delivered within 6–9 business days for sites under 1,000 pages, and 10–15 business days for larger sites. Delivery is by email as a PDF report and, where applicable, a live shared Google Sheet containing the prioritised implementation plan.
Battle Links (one-time link packages):
Outreach and placement process begins within one business day of engagement start. Editorial links are subject to publisher editorial schedules and cannot be guaranteed on a fixed date. The typical delivery window for a link package is 15–30 business days from engagement start. Each link is delivered with a live URL, referring domain metrics, and anchor text confirmation.
Conquest Content (content production):
Content brief and keyword research delivered within five business days of engagement start. First article draft delivered within 10 business days of the brief being confirmed. Subsequent articles delivered on an agreed monthly schedule. Delivery is by shared Google Doc or direct upload to the Client's CMS (if CMS access is granted).
Campaign Strike (Google Ads management):
Conversion tracking audit begins within two business days of Google Ads account access being granted. Campaign restructure proposal delivered within five business days. Campaign restructure implemented within two business days of Client written approval. Ongoing management operates on a monthly cycle with weekly automated performance monitoring and a written monthly report.
Territory Map (Local SEO):
GBP setup and optimisation completed within seven business days of access being granted. Citation cleanup begins immediately and is completed within 15–20 business days depending on citation volume. Location page content delivered within 10 business days. Monthly ongoing management reports delivered on the 5th of the following month.
Intelligence Recon (analytics setup):
GA4 audit begins within two business days of access being granted. Audit findings and rebuild specification delivered within five business days. Implementation completed within 7–10 business days of specification approval. Custom Looker Studio dashboard (General plan and standalone orders) delivered within 10 business days of implementation completion.
Add-on services:
Competitor intelligence reports: delivered within 10 business days of purchase. Landing page builds: delivered within 15 business days of copy briefing completion. Video SEO optimisation: delivered within 7 business days of video file or URL being provided. Citation cleanup: completed within 15–20 business days. Additional content articles: delivered within 10 business days per article.
Hourly support:
Support sessions are scheduled within five business days of purchase. Sessions take place via video call (Google Meet, Zoom, or Teams, at client preference). Session recordings provided to the Client within 24 hours if consent is given.
Timelines stated above assume that the Client grants required access within five business days of the access request. Delays in granting access extend delivery timelines by the equivalent number of days. SEO Gladiators is not responsible for delays attributable to the Client's failure to provide timely access, approval, or responses to requests for information.
Editorial link placements are subject to publisher editorial discretion and cannot be delivered on a fixed calendar date. If a target publication declines or delays a placement, we will identify an equivalent alternative. The link delivery window is a target range, not a contractual deadline.
For Google Ads and paid campaign services, the delivery of the campaign restructure is contingent on conversion tracking being correctly operational. If the Client's website or tracking setup has significant technical barriers, additional diagnostic time may be required before the restructure can proceed.
Delivery of each major deliverable is confirmed by email to the Client's registered email address. Monthly reports are sent on the 5th of each month. One-time deliverables (audits, strategy documents, link reports) are emailed directly with a delivery confirmation timestamp. The Client has five business days from delivery confirmation to raise any query about the deliverable's completeness.
If SEO Gladiators fails to deliver an agreed deliverable within the stated timeline due to circumstances within our control, the Client should notify us at hello@seogladiators.com. We will investigate within two business days and either provide an updated delivery date or, where the delay is unacceptable, apply a proportionate credit as described in the Refund Policy.
