Data you provide directly: When you complete a contact form, request an audit, purchase a service, or email us, you provide: first and last name, email address, phone number, country of residence, domain URL, and any notes or message content you include. At checkout, billing address data is handled directly by Stripe and is not stored on our servers.
Payment metadata: We retain only the Stripe session ID, plan name, amount charged, and billing email. Full card or bank details are never stored by us. All payment processing is performed by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd under their own privacy and PCI DSS compliance framework.
Technical data: Server access logs automatically record your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL, and pages accessed. This is used for security and performance monitoring only.
Analytics data (consent-dependent): If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics 4 collects anonymised behavioural data. No analytics processing occurs if you decline cookies.
Communications: We retain email and contact form correspondence for as long as is necessary for the purposes described below.

Web hosting provider — processes server access logs in the ordinary course of hosting services. EU-based or with appropriate GDPR safeguards.
Internal project tools — campaign data including client domain and access credentials referenced in our internal project management tools, accessible only by our team.
Legal authorities — data disclosed where required by Italian law or a court order.
We do not transfer data outside the EEA except where adequate protection exists under Chapter V GDPR (adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses).
