This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which SEO Gladiators S.r.l. ("SEO Gladiators", "we") will issue full or partial refunds for digital marketing services purchased through seogladiators.com. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms set out below.
Because all services are delivered digitally and often begin within days of purchase, our refund policy is structured around the specific nature and delivery stage of each service type. We aim to be fair and transparent in all cases.
Before the engagement begins: If you request cancellation within 48 hours of the initial payment and before any audit, onboarding call, or deliverable has been provided, you are entitled to a full refund of the first month's fee. To request this, email hello@seogladiators.com within 48 hours of payment with your order reference and the reason for cancellation.
After the engagement has started: Once the onboarding call has taken place, Search Console access has been granted, or the first deliverable (Battle Plan, audit, or link) has been produced, the monthly plan fee for that billing period is non-refundable. This reflects the substantial work already invested in your account during the setup and analysis phase.
Deliverable shortfalls: If in any given month SEO Gladiators fails to deliver the agreed number of deliverables stated in your plan (for example, fewer editorial links than the plan specifies, or no monthly report), we will apply a proportionate credit to the following month's invoice. The credit will be calculated based on the proportional value of the missing deliverable(s) relative to the monthly fee. Credits are not refunded as cash unless the engagement is also cancelled in the same period.
Service quality disputes: If you believe the quality of work delivered is materially below the standard described in the plan or Battle Plan, contact us at hello@seogladiators.com with specific details. We will investigate within 5 business days and, if the quality concern is substantiated, will either redo the work or apply an appropriate credit. Subjective dissatisfaction with results (for example, rankings not improving as fast as hoped) does not constitute a quality dispute unless the agreed deliverables were not produced.
Minimum commitment: Monthly plans have a minimum 3-month commitment. Refunds are not available for the remaining months of the minimum term if you decide to cancel early. See our Terms of Service for cancellation procedures.
Arena SEO audit: The audit fee is charged 50% at purchase and 50% on delivery. If you cancel before the audit has started (before we have begun the crawl), the 50% deposit is refunded in full. Once the audit has started, the deposit is non-refundable. The second 50% becomes due on delivery of the audit report. If we fail to deliver the audit within the agreed timeline due to circumstances within our control, you may cancel and receive a full refund of the deposit.
Territory Map (Local SEO setup): The setup fee is charged in full at purchase. If you cancel within 48 hours and before any work has started, a full refund is available. Once citation cleanup or GBP optimisation has begun, the fee is non-refundable.
Intelligence Recon (analytics setup): The setup fee is charged in full at purchase. If you cancel within 48 hours and before we have accessed your analytics accounts, a full refund is available. Once we have begun the GA4 audit, the fee is non-refundable.
Conquest Content (content strategy and articles): Strategy documents and written articles are fully non-refundable once delivered. If an article has been started but not yet delivered, 50% of the per-article cost is non-refundable.
Add-on services (citation cleanup, landing page builds, competitor intelligence reports, video SEO, additional content articles) are non-refundable once the work has started. If you cancel an add-on within 24 hours of purchase and before work has started, a full refund will be processed. Contact hello@seogladiators.com immediately with your order reference to request cancellation before work begins.
Support hours purchased are non-refundable once the support session has taken place. Unused purchased support hours may be carried forward for up to 3 months from the date of purchase. If an entire block of support hours was purchased and no hours have been used, a full refund may be requested within 14 days of purchase by contacting us with your order reference.
If you are a consumer (not purchasing for business purposes) within the European Union, you have a legal right to withdraw from a digital services contract within 14 days of purchase under EU Directive 2011/83/EU (Consumer Rights Directive), implemented in Italy by D.Lgs. 21/2014, unless you have explicitly requested that services begin before the withdrawal period expires and acknowledged that this extinguishes the right of withdrawal.
At checkout, SEO Gladiators requests that the engagement begins immediately upon payment. By ticking the agreement checkbox and completing payment, consumer buyers acknowledge that this request constitutes a waiver of the 14-day withdrawal right for any service for which delivery has begun within the 14-day period. If you are a consumer and wish to exercise withdrawal rights for services not yet started, contact us within 14 days of purchase.
Please note that the vast majority of our clients are businesses (B2B), to whom consumer withdrawal rights do not apply. If you are unsure of your status, contact us before purchasing.
All refund requests must be made by email to hello@seogladiators.com with the subject line "Refund Request — [your order reference]". Please include your full name, the email address used at purchase, the order reference or Stripe session ID, the reason for the request, and any supporting information.
We acknowledge all refund requests within 2 business days. We aim to resolve all requests within 10 business days. Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method through Stripe. Stripe's typical processing time is 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your card issuer or bank.
We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card provider. Chargebacks initiated without contacting us first may result in termination of your account and engagement with immediate effect. We respond to all chargebacks with full documentation of services delivered. Fraudulent chargebacks may be subject to legal action under Italian law.
We may update this Refund Policy. The effective date is shown at the top of this page. Changes do not affect purchases already made under prior versions of this policy.
